I am Ayyappa Siginam, the founder and chairman of the "We Are With You Charitable Trust." I faced significant challenges during my childhood after losing my father and had to overcome numerous obstacles to complete my intermediate education. Despite these challenges, I achieved an impressive rank of 8000 in EAMCET and secured a free seat for engineering studies, along with winning several scholarships. By the end of my first year of engineering, I became financially independent.

In 2018, I decided to give back to society and initiated service activities, eventually registering the organization as an NGO in 2019. Remarkably, the NGO is entirely run by students. Over the years, we have provided support to over 2 lakh needy individuals through various projects, engaging more than 2000 volunteers spanning across Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, and Telangana. Additionally, we have adopted over 75 students to support their education.

My efforts were recognized when I was honored as the Best Young Changemaker of 2023 by Plan India, reflecting my dedication and impact in the social sector.
