"Helping others is not just a service; it’s our responsibility." These powerful words from Mr. Ayyappa Siginam, Chairman and Founder of We Are with You Charitable Trust, have profoundly shaped my perspective on life and leadership.

As a dedicated student, I view every challenge as a gateway to growth. In my first year of college, I met Ayyappa Anna, and I felt an immediate connection to a true leader and mentor. His vision ignited a spark within me, leading me to become an active member of the NGO. I embraced the opportunity to lead major initiatives like Bhavishya, where we aimed to empower students and inspire change.

My journey evolved as I took on the role of the first President of We Are with You Charitable Trust. Guiding the presidents of multiple branches deepened my commitment to our mission, and today, I proudly lead the Chief Executive Committee—a team of exceptional volunteers dedicated to making a difference.

Being part of this impactful journey is not just an honor; it’s a profound responsibility. Together, we are transforming lives, igniting hope, and fostering a sense of community. I am grateful for the opportunities I’ve had and excited to continue this mission, knowing that our collective efforts can create lasting change in society.
